Welcome to Gun Stock Restoration by Greg Morris
Based deep in the Shropshire countryside, my workshop is a hidden gem where I create bespoke gun stocks, conduct gun fittings, as well as work on repairs.
My passion lies in the true craft of gun stock restoration. From brand new stocks, made from scratch in beautiful, locally sourced walnut, to fixing a broken or worn stock, to antique stock renovations, each job a customer brings to me presents a unique challenge to test my skill and present a perfect finished product for you.
I take pride in every aspect of the work that I do, and am especially particular about the small details being just right. Whether that’s matching colour and wood grain for a stock extension, hand-checkering to existing lines per inch, or ensuring repairs to any cracks, breaks and splits are practically invisible…
